Don't panic! You're still entitled to live the high life of a cricketer, jetting off to the World Cup without paying a cent or enjoying a full 20 overs of All Star Slog mayhem. We've recently added a 'restore purchase' button to make it easier to restore your Pro Pack privileges: simply enter the same Apple ID details you used to purchase the upgrade and you won't be charged a second time.
If you don't see the 'restore purchase' button, you're running an older version of the app. Either update using the App Store, or repeat the Pro Pack upgrade process using the same Apple ID as before. You won't be charged again.
Congratulations! You have a friend (either that or you're incredibly bored and have more than one iOS device at your disposal...)!
Assuming you do actually have a mate who you've convinced to play against you and you're having problems doing so (losing doesn't count), try turning off Wi-Fi on both devices and enabling Bluetooth. Restart both devices and give Multiplayer a whirl then.
Hopefully that should fix the problem, allowing you to devote all your brainpower to sledging your mate after you've smashed them for six.
We understand there's nothing more frustrating, as it means you might actually have to talk to your family/friends/significant other instead of spending every waking second trying to tonk the bloody spinners.
To avoid the possibility of social interaction, help us solve your problem by getting in touch and providing details about the crash(es). We may ask you to provide the crash logs to narrow down the issue - details on where to find these can be found here.
No, we're not shameless sellouts - at least not on this occasion. This shouldn't be happening: it was a bug in version 2.2.0 off the app and we have now released a fix. Please update to version 2.2.1 via the app store and you'll be ad-free once more.
We have received a few reports of crashing on launch since the most recent app update but, as of yet, we haven't been able to replicate the issue on our test devices. If you're having this problem, please get in touch via the 'Contact Us' link below - we'd like to solve it and need your help to do so.
