GAME ISSUES

First and foremost, make sure you have Javascript enabled in your browser and the latest Flash player installed. All the games available on Stick Sports require these two components. Use the link below to install the latest Flash player.

• Game not loading? Game gets stuck loading? Loading bar never disappears? Players don't load? Stadium doesn't load?
  
  If you're still getting any of these problems once you are sure you have the latest Flash player installed, then it can generally be fixed by clearing your browsers cache.

• I haven't played your Stick Sports games for a while now it seems the speeds are so quick? Why did you change it?
  
  We haven't changed anything. You're simply playing the games as they were meant to be played. It may seem harder but keep practising, you'll get the hang of it!

• I want to play Stick Cricket Multiplayer but it keeps telling me I'm behind a Firewall or that I should try again later? What can I do?
  
  Stick Cricket Multiplayer is still in BETA. Therefore there a few issues with it that we haven't resolved. If you get the Firewall message, please try and disable all Anti-Virus and Firewall software and see if that resolves the problem. Also, Multiplayer requires the Port 8080 to be open. If you are an advanced computer user, you can try opening the port. Please do not try this if you do not know what you are doing though.

• Stick Cricket Multiplayer says I'm banned but I've never even played before! Why am I banned?
  
  Well, you probably aren't banned. As stated in the response above, Stick Cricket Multiplayer is in BETA and as such, has a few little problems. We'll be looking to move it out of it's BETA stage sometime in the near future once we resolve these sort of issues. In the meantime, sorry!

LOGIN/LOGOUT ISSUES

First of all, make sure your browser has cookies enabled. These are used to store your user information and keep you logged in.

• I can't login! I can't logout! I login in but then when I go to the next page I'm logged out!
  
  Make sure you check your case sensitivity. Is the caps lock key on? Remember to enter both your username and your password in the correct fields.
  
  If you're still having trouble, it might be that your browser cookies are corrupt. This can be fixed by simply clearing your browsers cookies.

COMMUNITY ISSUES

Below you will find some common problems that users encounter when they visit and participate in the Community section of Stick Sports.

• I accidentally put in the wrong email address when I registered, how do I change it? I registered AGES ago, how do I change my email address?
  
  You can edit your email address easily by using the link below. Please note, if you do change your email, you will need to re-activate your account.

• Why do I have n00b, Lurker, Member etc below my name?
  
  This is simply your user title. As you become more in the Community, your user title will change to reflect the activity

• Why can't I make a blog? I have heaps of great stuff to say!
  
  Only those chosen are allowed to blog. What gets you chosen? Well, having a firm grasp of the English language is a good start. Also having something interesting, funny or completely and irrationally bias towards your favourite topic would also help. If you'd like to blog, write a piece and post it on the forum. If it's worthy, you might get access.

• Some people have some pretty funky things beside their names in their posts etc? How do I get those?
  
  You can setup your own avatar (the picture beside your name) and signature (the text/image that appears after your posts) easily. Just follow the links below!

• It seems I can't see all of the forums in the Community section? My mate was telling me about this wicked General Discussion section but I can't access it! What gives?
  
  You must be a new member to the Community section. Stick around, introduce yourself and greet some other new members! You'll soon have access to all sections of the Community!

This "Help & FAQ" section is only new and I'd like to grow it into a resource for all users, old and new. If you have a question or think something is missing, let me know and I'll do my best to add it.

I think you should look at intergrating bowling into the stick criket more then just in multi player. Bowling training, 5/10/20/50 overs each way in All Start Slog.

Just putting it out there, i think it would great addition to stick cricket.
