I think the best all-round cricketer in the world at the moment has to be Daniel Vettori, the way he's holding together a New Zealand team that seems intent on losing it's matches.

Shane Watson, but I agree that Vettori is the key to NZ. So he is definately up there, but personally Watson has come in leaps and bounds, whereas Vettori has stayed the same.
