Tsonga to meet Federer
by The Bunyip January 27, 2010

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga overcame former Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic to book a semi-final clash with Roger Federer.

Tsonga was the last man into the semis, after a five set epic against Djokovic. It is the second consecutive year Djokovic has bowed out of the Australian Open at the quarter final stage.

In 2008 the pair met in the final - a rare grand slam final that didn't involve either Federer or Nadal - with Djokovic emerging triumphant.

In the other semi-final, scheduled for tomorrow morning UK time, Andy Murray will face his US Open conqueror Marin Cilic in a bid to reach his second grand slam final.

I want Tsonga to beat Fed because Feds won heaps of things, and most of the big names are out, like Nadal, Davy, Roddick, so why can't Fed just lose and let other people actually win a Grand Slam?

FedEx deserves the win and Songa is a cheater. His coach texts him his tactics and he reads them and goes out there and wins.
That's a bit unfair. And plus, Federer has done the hard yards to where he is and he's beaten players in good form.

Well....Don't you think Fed needs a break for the other people to improve their stats and then Fed will actually have competition
