Just wondering
Do you think there will be a test world cup

In a few years time they are going to do a end of year world cup. Between the best 4 countries according to the rankings. I think it will be hosted every year or every 2 years.

But there could only be 4 teams as it would be too long and the players need time to recover.

NA, The games would be to long and boring but it would be good for the players

True but if the country hosting did a good job tourism rates and the love of cricket would go up even more!

He does have a point. Then Tests would be more exciting knowing that you might win something for being the best test nation.

I think, having a test world cup would be amazing. Looking at the current world rankings, you can't openly say that any of the teams there are worthy of holding the No. 1 position. It would be a great way of finding out who is the best. However, it also poses some serious questions. For example, where the cup will be played- you have to make sure none of the conditions advantage some sides and disadvantage the others. Plus, i would make it top 5 not top 4 but that is only my opinion.
